How to create a Placement Report in Google Adwords:
This Adwords feature might not be available to all Google Adwords clients since this is still in beta stage of development.
- Login to your Google Adwords account
- Click on the Reports tab from the top navigation
- Once you are on the report crating page click on Create Report (it’s o the top left hand side).
- After clicking “Create Report”, it will ask you what type of report you want to create? Select “Placement Performance“. It’s the second option from the bottom for my account.
- Then there are some other additional settings like daily report, monthly report, yearly report, modification of omitting columns from report, selecting name of the report, scheduling report, sending repost to e-mail address and much more. One you select all these hit create report button at the bottom.
One of the key benefit from this report is obvious that advertisers will get to know where exactly there money are being spent by Google. If you think a specific website or publisher is not the right website to show your ads or if you think there is no possibilities of getting potential customer by showing your ads on a certain domain/s, you can add those domain to your excluded sites list. This way advertisers can increase conversion rate from Google Adwords.
