I do not know how many of you are aware of this but i just noticed it very recently. Google Adwords offers live chat with Google Adwords customer representative or i should say “Adwords Specialist“. I took a screenshot where you can find this Live Chat inside Adwords because it’s not a common place where most of us will look for such a feature. Once you login to Adwords, click on your ad campaign, then click on your ad groups, select keywords tab from the 2nd top navigation bar. In you keywords list, at the very bottom you will see “Content network total” with a “?” icon. This is the icon you have to click to see live chat feature option. After you click on the “Chat now with an Adwords Specialist” button, it will open a popup window (need to have java enable). You need to enter your name, e-mail address, and primary question in the fields to start chatting.
